Grades 5-8: Winter Skills and Drills

Take your game to the next level with our Skills & Drills program. These training sessions are designed to build strong individual fundamentals. Whether you’re a high school student looking for extra reps or an elementary player wanting to add to your game, this program gives focused, high-quality development that can be translated to any basketball environment.

Led by experienced trainer, coach Rio, our sessions emphasize:

• Ball-handling, passing, footwork, and shooting mechanics

• Simple offensive concepts and decision-making

• Defensive principles and fundamentals

Details:

• January 16th-March 13th

• Friday evenings - 7:00-8:30PM

• McNair Secondary big gym

• For players currently in grades 5-8

• Participants must bring their own basketball

Spots are limited, registration deadline is the first day of the program.

*Sessions may need to be adjusted or cancelled if the gym is unavailable, a one-class refund will be given only if a class is cancelled within 48 hours of its start time.

*Refunds will only be given until the start of the second class.
