Who we are
Founded in 2025 as a school club team named Bricklayers Elite, our coaching staff quickly recognized the challenges within the BC club basketball scene. We saw an opportunity to create a more positive basketball experience, one that charges reasonable fees and puts the best interest of our athletes at the forefront.
Our goal is to build a strong sense of community, while helping players grow both on and off the court.
This is just the beginning. With your support, we hope to be a welcoming home for all players where every athlete feels valued, challenged, and supported on their journey to achieving their goals.

Parent code of conduct
We know basketball is an intense game, but let’s keep it about the players. Support your child and respect all players, coaches, officials, and other parents.
Encourage positive behavior and good sportsmanship at all times.
Avoid coaching or criticizing players during games; let the coaches do their job.
Respect officials’ decisions and refrain from arguing or complaining during or immediately after games.
We follow the 24-Hour Rule: if you have concerns or questions about a game or coaching decisions, please wait at least 24 hours before reaching out to the coach. This allows emotions to settle and ensures a more constructive conversation.
Please note that discussions about playing time or game strategy with parents are not permitted. These decisions reflect the many hours of work our coaches invest. If your child wants to improve or earn more playing time, we encourage them to speak directly with their coach to foster independence and personal growth.
Help create a safe and positive environment for everyone involved.
