School Season Prep: Grade 7-10 Skills and Drills

  • Grade 7/8 - 7:00-8:30 | Grade 9 - 5:30-7:00 | Grade 10 - 7:00-8:30

What is it?

Skills and Drills sessions are designed to help players refine their fundamentals and prepare for the upcoming school season. Each session emphasizes individual skill development, while also covering offensive and defensive team concepts that apply to any team environment.
